The double bass mistery

Penny was a member of Barston Symphony Orchestra in England, and she played a double buss. BSO was in Barcelona to play at a concert. This was a first foreign trip for her so she was really looking forward it. However  some trouble happened. Her double bass was missed and Frank who is orchestra manager was killed. Where was her double bass an who did kill Frank?
